Audit

Auditing is integral to our success. Our high calibre in-house team audits the entire UK business, spanning cards, finance and IT. We review the performance of departments and assess the scope and progress of important projects.

A major attraction of the role is being able to work alongside the senior people in our organisation. Experienced members of our audit team are privy to a large amount of strategic insight and have a clear view of the direction in which the company is heading. Crucially, our findings and advice have a tremendous impact on policies, processes and strategy.

Our auditors are thorough and sophisticated thinkers, delivering considered verdicts only after in-depth investigation and assessment of a business area. So you need to feel as much at home talking to the independent Audit Committee as you are counselling departmental managers on how to implement necessary changes.

If you have intellectual versatility, a keen eye for detail and an impressive knowledge of how big corporations work, you'll like it here. Our UK team enjoys a huge amount of autonomy but is also able to share best practice with our colleagues in the US and elsewhere in the world.
 

Security

Our Corporate Security team is responsible for two key areas - physical security and internal investigations. We control access to our buildings, look after the personal security of our associates and protect our assets.
