Challenging ourselves, supporting our communities

As a major employer in Nottingham, we are very proud to create brighter futures and new opportunities for local children through sport and financial education. We give back to the communities that support us - and of course we see that as being incredibly important.

Putting ourselves forward to give something back

When you join us you'll have plenty of opportunities to get involved and make a real and lasting difference to local causes you care about. Some of the many community projects that we support include:

• Fundraising for local and national charities
• Volunteering: we provide student mentors, reading assistants and maths coaches in local schools
• Community days: each associate is encouraged to spend at least one day each year working with their team in the local community

Our commitment in helping the community won us a Big Tick from Business In The Community for our Child Abuse Tracking System (CATS) project - a database we built for the Nottinghamshire Police. While last year the Inland Revenue awarded us a Bronze Award for our participation in the Give As You Earn scheme.
