Why Nottingham
Our Office
Our office culture sets us apart from a lot of other companies. We're not saying that you can turn up for work in shorts and flip-flops, but we definitely encourage an informal atmosphere. For example, our state-of-the-art offices have a games room with TV, pool tables, computer consoles and table tennis.
It's also important to say we're not expecting you to work late every night. In fact, we don't want you to. We want people who understand consumers and what makes them tick, which means spending time in the real world.
Our graduates will be working from our Nottingham office. It's based right in the vibrant city centre, near the trendy Lace Market and surrounded by its fair share of bars, restaurants and clubs. A lot of people like the city for its laid-back attitude, combined with a great shopping, art, fashion, music and sport scene.
One of the best things about Nottingham is that it's big enough to find lots of exciting things to do, but small enough to be able to get around easily. The cost of living is lower than in London, meaning you'll be able to afford to live in a stunning city centre apartment, walk to work every day and pursue an active social life and enjoy good work-life balance.
Nottingham is also right in the heart of England, which means excellent transport links to all major UK cities and Europe. Nottingham's train station is Capital One's door step providing you direct access to St Pancras International and East Midland's Airport is a short car journey away.
However, if Nottingham feels a little too close to home, you may also get the opportunity to transfer to one of our offices overseas, including Washington and Boston.
