How to Register

 
When purchasing with a participating online retailer you will be asked to register your card if you have not already done so
 

Step One

The participating online retailer will ask you for:

• CVV2 number (the 3 digit number on the back of the card)
• Card Expiry Date
• Post code where the card is registered
• Primary cardholders date of birth
• Home phone number where the card is registered
• E-mail address

Step Two

• You will be asked to enter a password you will remember. It must have between 8 and 15 characters, with at least one number and one letter.
• Re-enter your password and submit

You should receive an e-mail from capitalone@arcot.com confirming that you have completed registration.

Your purchase will be authorised. In future you won't have to register again and can just enter your password when prompted.
