The award winning place to work has a large focus on recruiting technology graduates, welcoming around 60 graduates, interns and placement students each year. And with tech jobs seeing a strong recovery in the UK, demand is growing, making an undergraduate programmeopens in a new tab within the tech space more appealing than ever right now.

Capital One also picked up the accolade for the Graduate Recruitment Marketing Awards 2020 for Best Website. The website was hugely popular with students who felt the imagery, tone and structure helped to bring to life a career at Capital One.

Joe Soule, VP Technology at Capital One, commented:

"The news that we have been named in RateMyPlacement's Top 100 Undergraduate Employers is a tribute to the work we do within our early careers programmes and recruitment. To hear such great feedback from our associates solidifies the fact that we are making a difference and living up to our commitment of introducing people to our business and encouraging them to challenge the status quo.

Our teams have worked really hard to overcome the challenges that Covid-19 has presented to not only us, but for those looking to get onto the workforce ladder, too. From fully digital onboarding to virtual workshops, our commitment to hiring the best people and enabling them to do great things hasn't changed."
